PILATES

Pilates exercises improve the muscles and the joints, decrease their vulnerability, and with their help, regeneration is faster after an injury.

What is it good for?
Pilates mainly helps in case of back and spine problems and rheumatic and joint diseases, but a strong and toned body can also be built with regular practice and exercise. Due to its gentleness towards the joints, it’s effective for lower back pain, hip, knee and other motion sicknesses.

STRETCHING

In this class, we work on the flexibility of the muscles. After the body becomes supple, this flexibility remains in our whole lives. There’s no need to worry; even the stubborn parts of the body react well to these stretching exercises.

The general aim of the STRETCHING exercises is to make the body healthier, stronger and more flexible. Stretching fixes your posture and makes the bones and joints flexible.

SPEEDFITNESS

Those that used to be achievable only with years of hard training are now possible with speed fitness in a much shorter time. It’s a new dimension of sports which improves all the muscles quickly and much more intensively than any other sport.

EMS technology:
The EMS technology (Electro-Muscle-Stimulation) was originally developed for Russian space exploration. As it is known, muscles waste away without any gravity, which leads to bone density loss. The technology was first used for astronauts’ rehabilitation; then adapted to Russian professional sports. In the 90s, German engineers developed the first generation of EMS devices. They became popular not only with professional sports and rehabilitation but also with rehab sports as they help reach goals without side effects. The new generation of EMS devices, like speedfitness, sends electrical impulses that contract muscles. It is a safe and effective method, activating 90% of the muscles. During the 20-minute training, only the muscles work, and there is no stress on the joints or tendons. The electrical impulse isn’t centred on one point but spreads on the electrode’s surface. Speedfitness trains both the superficial and the deep muscles.
